Kamalpokhari gas cylinder explode: Death toll rises to 4

KATHMANDU: Another victim of the gas cylinder explosion at a popular momo shop in Kamalpokhari has succumbed to injuries, raising the death toll to four.
The latest casualty has been identified as 25-year-old Tsering Lama from Bethanchowk, Kavre, who was residing in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu.
According to the Kathmandu District Police Office, he passed away at around 11:45 PM last night while undergoing treatment.
Earlier on Friday, 22-year-old Pradeep Tamang from Udayapurgadhi-7, Udayapur, who was also living in Kathmandu, had succumbed to his injuries.
The explosion had already claimed the lives of 18-year-old Rabin Rai from Manahari-5, DilliPur, Makwanpur, and 25-year-old Bhim Bahadur Ghale Magar (Nabin) from Katari-8, Galtar, Udayapur, on Monday.
A total of 14 people were injured in the incident, with 11 of them in critical condition receiving treatment at Kirtipur Burn Hospital.
