Petrol price hiked, diesel and kerosene prices reduced

KATHMANDU: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the price of petrol by Rs 1 per liter while reducing the price of diesel and kerosene by Rs 4 per liter.

The adjustment follows the latest price list received from Indian Oil Corporation.

As per the decision made by NOC’s board of directors on Saturday, petrol will now cost Rs 168 per liter in the Kathmandu Valley, while diesel and kerosene will be priced at Rs 156 per liter.

The price of liquefied petroleum (LP) gas and aviation fuel remains unchanged.
