Elderly man dies in buffalo attack

KATHMANDU: A 75-year-old man, Gopal Gharti, was killed by a buffalo struck in Sunkoshi Rural Municipality-3, Naubise.

The incident occurred this morning when Gharti, who was out cutting grass, was struck by the buffalo.

According to District Police Office Chief Govindraj Kafle, Gharti succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
