Manushi & Durga elected unopposed as Vice Chairs of NSP

KATHMANDU: Durga Sob and Manushi Yami Bhattarai have been elected unopposed as vice chairs of Nepal Socialist Party (New Force).

Bhattarai secured the position under the women’s category, while Sob was elected from the Dalit cluster.

However, their official announcement is yet to be made.

Elections are being held today for 90 out of the 99 central committee members, including 11 office bearers.

The election committee is set to publish the final list of candidates after reviewing complaints against nominees.

Dr. Baburam Bhattarai and Netra Prasad Chapagain are contesting for the position of party president.
