Two killed in motorcycle accident in Kanchanpur

KANCHANPUR: Two people lost their lives in a motorcycle accident in Kanchanpur on Monday evening.

The incident occurred at Viral Road in Bhimdutta Municipality-12 when a motorcycle (SuPraPa 01-012 P 9249) crashed.

The rider, Kailash Singh Saud, and the pillion passenger, Ganesh Bista, sustained critical injuries in the crash.

They were immediately taken to Mahakali Provincial Hospital in Mahendranagar, where doctors declared them dead upon arrival, according to police reports.

The victims were traveling from Dodhara to Mahendranagar when their motorcycle lost control and crashed into an electric pole on the road divider.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
