Sandhya crowned ‘Mrs. Noble’ Nepal-2025

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu’s Basundhara resident and beauty expert, Sandhya Lamichhane, has been crowned Mrs. Noble Nepal 2025.

The event took place on Saturday at the Jyapu Pragya Academy in the capital, where she also won an entry package to represent Nepal at the Nepal Fashion & Entertainment Award 2025 in Tokyo, Japan.

Lamichhane secured the title by giving an outstanding answer to a question posed by the chief judge, Ramesh Upreti.

The event was organized by Himalayan Movies Production House, where the first runner-up title went to Sarvan Joshi, and the second runner-up was Rekha Bhattrai.

The contestants underwent one month of rigorous training under fashion choreographer Himani Subba, covering topics such as personality development, communication skills, stage presentation, catwalk, and intellectual growth.

The competition featured several rounds, including an introduction, costume display, top seven, top five, and a Q&A session, before culminating in the crowning moment.

During the intermission, choreographer Subba herself performed a special round on stage. Additionally, various “Sub-Title Awards” were distributed to the winners.

The panel of judges included actor and filmmaker Ramesh Upreti, actor-model Manish Raut, Miss Nepal Idol 2019 and VJ Nima Lamju Sherpa, Beautician Nepal 2021 Sajna Khatiwada, and Mrs. Himalayan Nepal 2024 Kavita Bishunkhe.

The event also featured captivating dance performances by artists.

The organizers stated that the event aimed to highlight the potential, talent, and achievements of married women, encouraging their social recognition and empowerment.
