Gold price drops, silver rises

KATHMANDU: The price of gold has decreased on the last trading day of the week in the Nepali market.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold dropped by Rs 400 per tola on Friday.

With this decline, the price of fine gold is now set at Rs 168,100 per tola.

On Thursday, it was priced at Rs 168,500 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has increased by Rs 5, reaching Rs 1,985 per tola.

On the previous day, silver was traded at Rs 1,980 per tola.
