Kathmandu Pink Careathon scheduled for March 22

KATHMANDU: Leisure Port Nepal has announced that the “Kathmandu Pink Careathon” will take place on March 22, aiming to raise awareness about women’s health and fitness.

At a press conference held in Kathmandu on Thursday, the organizers stated that the event will feature activities such as a women’s marathon and Zumba sessions.

Women of all age groups can participate, and organizers expect around 2,500 to 3,000 participants, especially targeting women engaged in household and daily routines.

Speaking at the event, Laser Port Nepal Chair Namraj Joshi emphasized that the Careathon is designed to encourage women to take time for their health.

Additionally, actress Usha Rajak has been named the goodwill ambassador for the Kathmandu Pink Careathon.
