Man held for human trafficking in Achham

KATHMANDU: Achham police arrested a man on Sunday on charges of human trafficking.

According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dipendra GC, a team from the Bureau of Human Trafficking Investigation apprehended Taraprasad Khanal in Sudurpashchim Province.

He is accused of trafficking a person to Poland.

Khanal is the regional president of the Nepali Congress for the Achham Provincial Assembly constituency.
