Gold prices surge

KATHMANDU: Gold prices in Nepal have surged significantly.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has increased by Rs 2,200 per tola today (Wednesday).

The price of fine gold is currently trading at Rs 166,900 per tola.

On Monday, it was traded at Rs 164,700 per tola.

Similarly, silver prices have also risen by Rs 45, reaching Rs 1,975 per tola.

On Monday, silver was traded at Rs 1,930 per tola.
