Kumari Bank holds 24th Annual General Meeting

KATHMANDU: Kumari Bank Limited successfully conducted its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club, Tundikhel, on Monday.
During the AGM, the bank approved the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2080/81, along with the audited financial statements, including the balance sheet and profit and loss account up to Ashad-end 2080/81.
Additionally, the appointment of an external auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82 and the determination of their remuneration were endorsed.
Having provided continuous banking services for the past 23 years, Kumari Bank currently operates with a nationwide network of 302 branches, 316 ATMs, 50 extension counters, and 54 branchless banking units.
