Senior advocate Damodar Khadka aappointed as Judicial Council member

KATHMANDU: Senior advocate Damodar Khadka has been appointed as a member of the Judicial Council.

President Ram Chandra Poudel appointed Khadka as a member of the Judicial Council on Monday.

According to a statement issued by the Office of the President, Khadka was appointed under Article 153(1)(g) of the Constitution of Nepal, based on the recommendation of the Nepal Bar Association.

He is a resident of Budhanilkantha Municipality-4, Kathmandu.
