KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance successfully conducted a national-level orientation program on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) for its insurance agents and branch managers.
The program took place on Jan 31 at Amritbhog Catering in Kathmandu, with the participation of over 200 agents and branch managers.
During the event, Sun Nepal Life’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Raj Kumar Aryal, provided insights into the growing competition in the insurance sector, current industry trends, and ethical business practices.
He also discussed key policies related to AML and CFT, regulatory updates introduced by oversight bodies, and the ethical trade practices that insurance representatives must adhere to.
