KATHMANDU: In the second match of the ongoing triangular series in the capital, Thailand triumphed over the Netherlands by eight wickets at the Tribhuvan University Ground in Kirtipur.

Nannapat Koncharoenkai played a stellar innings, scoring an unbeaten 56 off 50 balls, including five fours.
Earlier, opting to bat first after winning the toss, the Netherlands posted a total of 122 runs for the loss of six wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
Captain Bette de Leede was the top scorer for the Netherlands, contributing 52 runs, while Aris Willems added 28 runs.
In the bowling department, Thailand’s Puttavong claimed two wickets.
The third match of the series will take place tomorrow, Saturday, between Nepal and Thailand.
