The program was designed for agents who achieved their targets under the monthly agent plan conducted in Shrawan 2081.
It included a visit to the Maula Kalika Temple in Gaindakot, a tour of the Diyalo Bangala Museum, and an interactive session with Nepal’s renowned senior journalist Bhusan Dahal.
Approximately 225 senior agents from across the country, who excelled in the plan, participated in the event.
The gathering was attended by the company’s Market Department Chief Vivek Sharma, Agency Department Head Sushil Pratap Rana, provincial heads, and branch managers.
Chief guest Bhusan Dahal delivered a special leadership training session, emphasizing the need for leaders to have the courage to answer countless questions while shaping a clear vision for the future.
During the ceremony, Dahal presented certificates of appreciation to the selected agents.
