Woman found dead in Thamel guesthouse

KATHMANDU: A young woman has been found dead in a guesthouse located in Thamel, Kathmandu.
The deceased has been identified as 21-year-old Samira Tamang from Rasuwa.
Her body was discovered in room number 202 of the Drunken Inn Guest House.
According to DSP Purnima Chand, spokesperson for the Kathmandu District Police Office, Tamang was found lifeless in the room she was staying in.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident, DSP Chand confirmed.
