He assured that InDriver prioritizes the safety and satisfaction of its users, with a particular focus on women’s safety.
Expressing regret over a recent incident involving a female user, the company extended an apology to the affected individual and pledged to cooperate with relevant authorities to address the matter responsibly.
“We highly value the trust of our users and remain dedicated to continuously improving our services,” the statement read.
inDrive highlighted its range of safety features, including the ‘Safety Button,’ which allows users to quickly contact the support team, police, or emergency services.
The ‘Share Your Ride’ feature enables users to share their trip details with friends or family for added security. Additionally, the company encourages post-ride ratings by both passengers and drivers to enhance service quality and safety standards.
