Gold & silver prices drop on the first trading day of the week

KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market decreased on the first trading day of the week.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has dropped by Rs 200 per tola today (Sunday).

Today, fine gold is being traded at Rs 160,400 per tola, down from Rs 160,600 per tola on Friday’s previous trading day.

Similarly, the price of silver has also decreased by Rs 15 per tola, now trading at Rs 1,865 per tola.

On Friday, silver was priced at Rs 1,880 per tola.
