Gold & silver prices drop

KATHMANDU: On the fifth trading day of the week, Thursday, the price of gold in the Nepali market has decreased.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has dropped by Rs 400 per tola.

As of today, hallmark gold is being traded at Rs 159,600 per tola. On Wednesday, it was traded at Rs 160,000 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also declined by Rs 20 per tola, now being traded at Rs 1,875 per tola.

On the previous day, silver was traded at Rs 1,895 per tola.
