Dinesh Tripathi flies to Rupandehi to argue against Rabi Lamichhane

KATHMANDU: Senior Advocate Dinesh Tripathi is set to argue on behalf of the victims of the cooperative scam at the District Court in Rupandehi.

The case involves the Supreme Cooperative scam in Butwal, where the Presidentof Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane, is scheduled for a statement and a detention hearing.

President Lamichhane has already reached in Rupandehi ahead of the hearing, which will take place in the courtroom of District Judge Prahlad Kumar Yogi.

Advocate Tripathi will argue against President Lamichhane in today’s session as well.

During a similar hearing at the Kathmandu District Court, Tripathi was attacked while presenting his arguments against Lamichhane.
