Dr. Nicholas Bhusal to be released on Rs 50,000 bail
The decision was made by a bench headed by Judge Shankar Bahadur Rai.

KATHMANDU: The Kaski District Court has ordered the release of Dr. Nicholas Bhushal on a bail of Rs 50,000.
Dr. Bhushal, who had publicly shared an image of Rabi Lamichhane, President of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), inside custody, was granted bail by the court.
The decision was made by a bench headed by Judge Shankar Bahadur Rai.
Dr. Bhushal was arrested for the second time on Thursday on charges related to cybercrime.
On Friday, the government attorney’s office registered a case against him at the court.
Earlier, on Dec 22, Dr. Bhushal had been arrested on similar charges.
At that time, the Kaski District Court had permitted his investigation to proceed without being kept in custody.
