10th edition of Nepal Wood, Furniture, and Home Textile Int’l expo kicks off

KATHMANDU: The 10th edition of the Nepal Wood, Furniture, and Home Textile International Exhibition has commenced at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.
The event is jointly organized by Media Space Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Futurex Trade Fair and Events Pvt. Ltd., and ETSIPL.
The exhibition was officially inaugurated by Damodar Bhandari, Nepal’s Minister for Industry, Commerce, and Supplies.
Speaking at the event, Surjal Bhattarai, Managing Director of Media Space Solutions, highlighted the expo’s significance as a platform showcasing furniture, plywood, laminates, home textiles, hardware, woodworking machinery, tools, furnishings, mattresses, raw materials, and finished products.
The event features over 100 stalls representing renowned domestic and international brands, with significant participation from dealers, sub-dealers, and retailers in the wood and furniture industry.
The exhibition also aims to introduce the latest technologies and innovations in the sector.
Additionally, the expo includes informative seminars, interactive workshops, and live demonstrations to enhance knowledge and engagement.
Organizers hope the exhibition will contribute to the growth and modernization of Nepal’s wood, furniture, and home textile industries.
