Dr. Nicholas Bhusal to be presented in court today

KATHMANDU: Dr. Nicholas Bhusal, accused of capturing a photo of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane sleeping in custody, is set to be presented before the district court today (Friday).

Bhusal was arrested by the police on Thursday on charges of cybercrime.

He had previously been arrested on Dec 22, and when brought to court for an extension of remand, Judge Narayan Dahal ordered the police to continue the investigation while keeping him in custody.

After completing the investigation and finding sufficient evidence, Bhusal was re-arrested on Thursday, as confirmed by the Kaski police.
