NIC Asia Bank’s Board approves financial statements

KATHMANDU: The 694th board meeting of NIC Asia Bank, held on Jan 13, discussed and approved the bank’s profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and other financial reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.

The meeting also decided to submit these financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for final approval.

Additionally, the board resolved not to distribute any dividends for the fiscal year 2080/81.

Following the approval of the financial statements by NRB, the bank will hold its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the earliest.
