Gold price rises today

KATHMANDU: The price of gold increased in the Nepali market on the fifth trading day of the week.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold rose by Rs 1,200 per tola today (Thursday).

Chhapawal gold is now being traded at Rs 156,600 per tola.

On Wednesday, the price was Rs 155,400 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver increased by Rs 50 per tola and is now being traded at Rs 1,880 per tola.

On Wednesday, silver was priced at Rs 1,830 per tola.
