President Paudel issues ordinance to amend land-related laws

KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has issued an ordinance to amend certain land-related acts in Nepal.

The ordinance, titled Some Nepal Acts Amendment Ordinance, 2081, was promulgated on Wednesday.

President Paudel issued the ordinance as per Article 114(1) of the Constitution of Nepal, following the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
