KATHMANDU: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Weather Forecast Division, reports a partial influence of the western low-pressure system in the country.
Currently, hilly areas are experiencing partly cloudy conditions, while the rest of the country remains mostly clear.

The weather is expected to be partly cloudy to mostly clear across the country.
Nighttime Weather:
Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim Provinces will see partly to generally cloudy conditions, while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies.
Light rainfall is possible in a few areas of Sudurpaschim Province. Additionally, light snowfall is anticipated in the high hilly and mountainous regions of Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces, with a slight chance in a few areas of other provinces.

Fog and mist in some parts of the Terai may disrupt daily life, health, transportation, tourism, and aviation.
The Division urges the public to take necessary precautions.
