Gold & silver prices drop

KATHMANDU: On the third trading day of the week, gold prices in the Nepali market have decreased.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold dropped by Rs 800 per tola today (Tuesday).

The price of hallmark gold is now being traded at Rs 155,000 per tola, compared to Rs 155,800 per tola on Monday.

Similarly, the price of silver has also decreased by Rs 40.

It is currently being traded at Rs 1,820 per tola, down from Rs 1,860 per tola on Monday.
