KATHMANDU: Snowfall has disrupted roads in Solukhumbu, particularly in lower regions of the district.
Snow accumulation has made roads impassable, affecting routes from Likhupike Rural Municipality-5 (Bhakanje-Lapsu) to Lamjura, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Dwarika Prasad Ghimire.
A police team, led by Assistant Inspector Mohan Prasad Adhikari, has been dispatched to clear the roads, but the process is expected to take time.
