Rabi Lamichhane appearing at Kathmandu District Court

KATHMANDU: Rabi Lamichhane, the president of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), appeared in Kathmandu District Court today in connection with fraud allegations at the Swarnalaxmi Cooperative based in Kathmandu.

Lamichhane is about to appear in court in person as he is accused of fraud at the Swarnalaxmi Cooperative in Kathmandu.

Previously, on Jan 9, former Home Minister Lamichhane was released on bail in the Suryadarshan Cooperative fraud case in Pokhara and had arrived in Kathmandu on the Jan 10 evening.

According to Manish Jha, spokesperson for RSP Party, Lamichhane is present in court today.

Cases related to alleged fraud in Supreme Cooperative of Rupandehi, Sahara Cooperative of Chitwan, and Small Feet Cooperative of Parsa are also undergoing registration process
