Gold prices rise for third consecutive day

KATHMANDU: The price of gold has increased for the third consecutive day in the Nepali market.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Traders Association, the price of gold has risen by 800 rupees per tola today.

The price of Chhapawal gold is currently trading at 154,100 rupees per tola.

On the previous trading day, Thursday, gold was being traded at 153,300 rupees per tola.

Silver prices have also gone up.

According to the Association, silver is being traded at 1,845 rupees per tola today.

On Thursday, silver was priced at 1,840 rupees per tola.
