Gold & silver prices rise again

KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market has increased for the fifth consecutive day this week.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold rose by Rs 800 per tola today (Thursday).

Chhapawal gold is now being traded at Rs 153,300 per tola, compared to Rs 152,500 per tola on Wednesday.

Similarly, the price of silver has also increased.

Silver is being traded at Rs 1,840 per tola today, up from Rs 1,830 per tola the previous day.
