Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s 24 th Annual General Meeting

KATHMANDU: Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held today, 8th Jan 2025, at
Kathmandu.

The AGM discussed and approved the Directors’ Report and the Financial Statements for the financial year 2023/24 (2080/81) and appointed statutory auditors for the financial year 2024/25 (2081/82).

Laxmi Sunrise Bank closed the financial year 2023/24 with a balance sheet size of Rs 395 billion and net profit of Rs 2.92 billion.

All key financial indicators are well within prudential and regulatory norms.
