‘K Bharosa Garam’ crosses 1 million views in a day, composer Basnet expresses gratitude

KATHMANDU: The song “K Bharosa Garam” from the upcoming Nepali movie Aktor: Take One, set to release on Magh 16, has crossed 1 million views on YouTube within just one day.

The song’s composer and singer, Hercules Basnet, expressed feeling fortunate to be part of the Aktor team.

In a social media post, Basnet shared his excitement: “I am extremely happy to announce that our song has crossed 1 million views in almost a day. Those who believed in me with their eyes closed, today, I feel lucky and proud to be standing with this team.”

Basnet also thanked the Aktor team for inspiring him to bring his creation to an exceptional level. He added, “This is my first movie song with Pradeep Khadka, who is incredibly talented, courageous, and also competitive. I believe Ana is always someone I admire and consider lucky to have in my life. I wish Rajballabh Koirala a successful comeback and the rising talent Divya my best wishes.”

He also acknowledged playback singer Indira Joshi, stating, “No one is as multi-talented as you in playback singing.” Basnet expressed his gratitude to his wife, Urmila Gurung, who also penned the song, for inspiring him to see the world more vividly through his creative lens.

The song was produced at Studio DHB, with Basnet himself arranging the music.

The track features the performances of superstar Pradeep Khadka and actresses Ana Sharma and Divya Rai.

Choreography was done by Kiran Thapa, and color grading was handled by Rajendra Moktan.

The film is directed by Rajan Bhusal, with the script written by Bhusal and Akash Baral.

Alongside the main cast, which includes Pradeep, Ana, and Divya, the movie also stars Rajballabh Koirala, Divya Dev, Usha Rajak, Srijana Adhikari, and Sushil Sitoula in key roles.

Aktor: Take One is a joint presentation of Adhrut Films and A Moti Films, produced by Thaman Kumar Bhandari, creative producer Moti Karki, and co-producer Anish Bhusal.

The cinematography was done by Narendra Mainali, with editing by Nimesh Shrestha.
