Gold price drops on first trading day of the week

KATHMANDU: The price of gold has dropped on the first trading day of the week (Sunday) in the Nepali market.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Business Federation, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 1,500 per tola today.

Currently, the price of hallmark gold is trading at Rs 152,000 per tola.

On the previous trading day, Friday, it was being traded at Rs 153,500 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver remains unchanged.

Today, silver is being traded at Rs 1,810 per tola, the same as Friday.
