Two held for motorcycle theft at Biratnagar hospital

KATHMANDU: Two individuals attempting to steal a motorcycle from Biratnagar Metropolitan City-4 Nobel Teaching Hospital on Thursday night arrested.

The suspects were caught red-handed at around 8 PM while trying to break the lock of two motorcycles parked in the hospital premises.

The motorcycles involved were registered with plate numbers Ko 23 Pa 6176 and Province 1–02–044 Pa 19.

The arrested individuals have been identified as 18-year-old Nikpal Yadav and 18-year-old Jitendra Yadav, both residents of Biratnagar-3.

They were taken into custody by on-duty police personnel stationed at the hospital.

Further investigation into the case is underway, according to the District Police Office, Morang.
