Rishabh Pant top-scored for India with 40 runs, while Ravindra Jadeja contributed 26, and skipper Jasprit Bumrah added a quick 22.
Shubman Gill managed 20 runs, while Virat Kohli was dismissed for 17.
Washington Sundar (14), Yashasvi Jaiswal (10), KL Rahul (4), Prasidh Krishna (3), and Mohammed Siraj (3) had minimal contributions.
Nitesh Kumar Reddy departed for a duck. India gained 26 extra runs.
