Gold & silver prices surge in Nepali Market

KATHMANDU: The prices of gold and silver have seen a significant surge in the Nepali market.

After a rise of Rs 500 per tola on Thursday, gold prices have skyrocketed by Rs 2,000 per tola in a single day.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, Chhapawal gold is currently being traded at Rs 153,500 per tola, up from Rs 151,500 per tola on Thursday.

Silver prices have also increased, with the metal now being traded at Rs 1,810 per tola, compared to Rs 1,790 per tola on Thursday, marking a rise of Rs 20 per tola.

This surge in prices reflects an upward trend in the precious metals market.
