Illegal goods worth Rs 2.5 million seized in Kanchanpur

KATHMANDU: Security personnel from the Armed Police Force (APF) Nepal, under the command of Superintendent Khagendra Bahadur Chand, seized smuggled goods worth approximately Rs 2.5 million in Bhujela, Bhimdatta Municipality-11, Kanchanpur, on Tuesday.

The confiscated items, including motor parts, clothing, and footwear, were found abandoned and illegally imported from India.

The seized goods have been handed over to the Customs Office in Gaddachauki, Kanchanpur, for further legal proceedings.
