30 police officers, including 2 Assistant Constable out of contact

KATHMANDU: Nepal Police has reported that 30 officers, including two Assistant Havildars, have gone missing since Ashoj.

The Police Headquarters has released a list of staff who have been absent without leave and out of contact, urging them to report back within 7 days.

Among the missing are Assistant Constable Sundar Sen from the Dhangadhi prison in Dang, and Buddhi Man Tamang from the Ramechhap prison.

Despite efforts to locate them and notices posted as per police procedures, they remain unreachable.

A warning has been issued that failure to return within the given period will result in dismissal from service.
