Winter Carnival 2024 concludes, showcasing women entrepreneurs’ creations

KATHMANDU: The Winter Carnival 2024, organized to exhibit and sell various skill-based and business-oriented products crafted by women entrepreneurs, successfully concluded.
The event took place at the Sumdima Silk Palace premises in Italitar, Budhanilkantha Municipality.
The carnival was inaugurated jointly by Anita Lama, Deputy Mayor of Budhanilkantha Municipality, and renowned actress Manisha Koirala.
Organized by Sumdima Silk Palace and Welcome Event Management, the event featured a diverse range of exhibits, including handicrafts, garments, locally-produced food items, and internationally-branded ready-to-wear outfits, all available for sale.
Deputy Mayor Lama and actress Koirala lauded the well-coordinated and aesthetically organized event, expressing gratitude for its role in promoting women’s skills and entrepreneurship.
They reaffirmed their commitment to fostering entrepreneurial growth and empowerment.
The event was coordinated by Manisha Bhattarai Baskota and Anu Pathak, ensuring its success and alignment with its mission to highlight the talents and ventures of women entrepreneurs.
