KATHMANDU: The Madhesi Commission has condemned the harassment of Janakpur Bolts supporters after their final match against Sudurpashchim Royals and requested the police administration to take action against the guilty parties.

The Commission urged the Police Headquarters to identify the individuals involved as soon as possible and take strict action against them.
Dr. Vijay Kumar Datt, Chair of the Commission, highlighted in the release that if the state and police administration remain indifferent to such incidents, it could negatively impact social harmony and the overall development of the nation, as well as disturb communal and social peace.
The Commission has dispatched a high-level team, led by member Jeevchha Sah, to conduct a field inspection.
After gathering detailed reports from the injured, the Commission will make necessary decisions regarding the incident.
