Special feast held in Janakpur for saints & sages in NPL victory
To commemorate this achievement, a special feast was organized for saints and sages in Janakpurdham.
KATHMANDU: Janakpur Bolts, crowned champions of the inaugural Nepal Premier League (NPL), celebrated their historic win by hosting a feast for saints in Madhesh Province.
On Saturday, Janakpur Bolts secured a thrilling 5-wicket victory against Sudurpaschim Royals in the NPL final.
To commemorate this achievement, a special feast was organized for saints and sages in Janakpurdham.
Saroj Kumar Chaudhary, Vice Chair of the Shri Mahabir Youth Committee, Janakpurdham, shared that the celebration included serving meals to saints as an expression of gratitude and joy.
He also revealed that prayers were performed before the final match, seeking blessings for Janakpur’s triumph.
The committee had conducted special rituals and offerings for the team’s success and concluded the festivities by feeding the saints after the victory.
