Two held for rape case

KATHMANDU: A 20-year-old man, Bikram Nepali from Kaski, Siranchok Rural Municipality-4, Gorkha, has been arrested by the police on Saturday night on charges of gang rape.

The incident took place in Kahunkhola, Pokhara Metropolitan City-13.

The arrest was made following a complaint from the victim, who reported that two individuals had raped her.

Acting on the complaint, police from the Rambazar Ward Police Office detained Bikram Nepali, one of the suspects involved in the crime.

The police are still searching for the second suspect, who remains at large, and further investigations are underway.
