Power outage in parts of Kathmandu today

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) will cut power supply in various areas of Kathmandu today. The outage is scheduled from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

According to an official notice, the interruption is due to ongoing technical installation work under the Balambu substation, affecting the Thankot feeder.

Areas impacted include Naikhap, Balambu, Chundevi, Khahare, and Dashchowk.

The NEA has apologized for the inconvenience caused to customers due to the power disruption.
