CF Moto trains mechanics from 7 districts, focuses on producing skilled workforce

KATHMANDU: CF Moto Nepal recently completed a special training program in Kathmandu.
A team from the training department of CF Moto’s headquarters in China conducted the training at Lisara Reception in Kathmandu.
Held from Dec 14 to 17, the program saw the participation of technicians from Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Kavre, Hetauda, Butwal, and Pokhara.
The training was organized by Rishi Trade Center, the official distributor of CF Moto in Nepal.
The program focused on the repair and maintenance of CF Moto’s two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
According to Ujjwal Joshi, General Manager of the company, Rishi Trade Center has been prioritizing after-sales service since taking over the distribution of CF Moto products.
“CF Moto products have been available in the Nepali market for some time now. After Sales Service is key factor for any automotives brand and keeping this in mind, we took the initiative to address the issue by conducting service camp and pushing the Genuine Spare parts at various market where CFMOTO bikes are currently in used. Understanding the need to train local workshop mechanics to make servicing more convenient, we conducted this special program,” he said.
Since taking on the dealership for CF Moto and Zeeho brands, Rishi Trade Center has been particularly focused on improving after-sales services. “Our main priority is on service and spare parts. We are committed to ensuring that ,no customer using our products faces issues due to the unavailability of service or spare parts. In line with this, we have recently expanded showrooms and started providing training to technicians operating local workshops. We believe this step will further ease the maintenance of CF Moto and ZEEHO brands in the coming days,” said General Manager Joshi.
