Toddler drowns in water drum in Bara

KATHMANDU: Alisha Khatun, a 2-year-old girl from Barhiyarapur, Mahagadhimai Municipality-1, Bara, drowned in a water-filled drum near her home on Thursday afternoon.

She was found unresponsive and was rushed to the Provincial Hospital in Kalaiya, where she died during treatment.

Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
