Congress leaders head to Sudurpaschim for programs

KATHMANDU: Leaders from the Nepali Congress dissident group, including Dr. Sunil Sharma, have departed for Sudurpaschim Province.

According to Sharma’s personal secretariat, he will meet with party cadres from all nine districts and address party-related programs during his stay in Dhangadhi.
On Friday, Sharma plans to meet leaders and cadres from each district separately to discuss various district-specific issues.
On Dec 21, Sharma will meet with sister organizations and supporters and address the first provincial convention of the Nepal Democratic Veterans Association, Sudurpaschim Province.
Leaders such as Hridayaram Thani, Govinda Pokharel, Gururaj Ghimire, and Sanjay Gautam will also address the convention alongside Dr. Koirala and Dr. Sharma.
During the visit, the leaders will interact with local representatives, district leaders, and office bearers of the party.
