Yemen’s Houthis claim responsibility for attack on Israel

SANAA: Yemen’s Houthi group said in a statement on Thursday morning that they had attacked two military targets in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv with “two hypersonic ballistic rockets.”

“In support of the Palestinian people in Gaza … we carried out a qualitative military operation targeting two sensitive military targets of the Israeli enemy in the Jaffa area (Tel Aviv) with two hypersonic ballistic rockets,” Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Sarea said in the statement, aired by Houthi-run al-Masirah TV.

“The operation achieved its goals successfully,” he said.
