In the final held at Lusail Stadium, Qatar, goals were scored by Kylian Mbappé, Rodrygo, and Vinícius Júnior.
Mbappé opened the scoring for Real Madrid in the 37th minute with a close-range strike, the same venue where he scored a hat-trick in the FIFA World Cup final two years ago.
Rodrygo added the second goal in the 52nd minute of the second half.
Vinícius Júnior, the current FIFA Best Player of the Year, sealed the victory with a penalty in the 84th minute.

In this new format, champions from five continents compete in a knockout stage, with the winner advancing to play the European champions in the final.

Real Madrid advanced directly to the final as the European champions, without playing in the earlier rounds.
